I have used Grapeseed Oil to finish a dish and have used it to marinade sliced onions that topped thick slices of grilled beefsteak tomatoes.
Last night I was quickly sauteing Green Beans and decided to us my Garlic Chardonnay Grapeseed Oil. I trimmed the ends of the beans and heated the pan over medium high. I added about 1 Tbl of my Garlic Grapeseed Oil and about 1/2 Tbl of Olive Oil. I quickly sauteed the beans, tossing the pan often. I only added Kosher Salt at the end. Wow! What tender beans that combination made. They were so flavorful but not over powering. Of course whipping up a vegetable at mach speed is always to my liking.
I bought 100 mls of Flavored Chardonnay Grapeseed Oil at OIL & Vinegar near Highway 21, Pinnacle Shopping area. Awesome stuff! Don't limit yourself to just one, they sell oils and vinegars from all over the world by the 100 mls.
