I made this recipe up. I wanted to make a different presentation than what I have done in the past. I used to get large penne pasta from World Market in Louisiana and loved them, but they stopped carrying them. I was in a World Markets in NC and found Paccheri that worked just as well, so I'm back in business! Recipe to come soon!
