I bought what was called
"Mozzarella Pearls". I added them to a flat platter. Using
1 Pint Grape Tomatoes, either keep them whole or cut them in half. Add
1/4 Cup Good Quality Olive Oil. Add
a Few Grinds of Pepper and a few Pinches of Kosher Salt. Top with
Chiffonade cut Basil just before serving. Serve at room temperature with frilled tooth picks.
